The Lequinox platform ensures that individuals, applications, AI and services are acting on behalf of the organisation with internal roles, under powers of attorney and within a set system of rules (CEO, CFO, invoicing-system, etc.).

External users and applications

The Lequinox platform ensures that all parties the organisation is collaborating with act in external roles, according to a set system of rules. Parties can be private and corporate clients, vendors, partners and applications or services.

Authentication and login

Lequinox platform-enabled and empowered applications or services can use any authentication and login solution on the market, such as CA, national ID or username and password. The choice of authentication and login solutions will not affect user or platform interoperability.

The Lequinox platform ensures that all of the organisation’s interactions are based on the organisation’s legal framework for the various role types (internal and external), creating full internal traceability for each interaction (who, what, when and where) with irrefutable audit trails.

Interoperability

The Lequinox platform ensures interoperability between separate applications, services and databases, where only agreed information is exchanged, sent and received, with full integrity and legality for your organisation.

Integrity

The Lequinox platform ensures that all information exchanged between parties (individuals, applications, services and databases) is end-to-end encrypted protected during transfer and only available to the specifically addressed parties.


Compliance

The Lequinox platform supports demonstration of compliance with your policies and other applicable legislation, such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Anti-Money Laundry (AML) policy, the Know Your Client (KYC) policy and more.
